Critical Audience Assessment: Presentation of Ulta's Critical Audiences

Course: Comm 5800 - Strategic Communication Fundamentals

Assignment: Choose a company or organization to assess critical audiences in the four main categories. For two of them audiences describe their insights and expectations, and create a stratcomm scoreboard for two other audience segments. 

Thought Process: I chose to assess the critical audiences of Ulta. I first broke down what groups would be categorized in the four main groups of stakeholders, neutral parties, regulators, and News & Social media. I used sources to understand their insights and expectations of the company and help accurately analyze and produce the scorecard.
